Regis currently has seven fully equipped reactor suites with Reactor sizes ranging from 50 to 500 gallons. Each two-floor suite contains a pair of Pfaudler glass-lined reactors, with starting materials loaded on the second floor, and a centrifuge for work-up on the ground floor. Additional equipment, such as portable tanks and filter presses, can be moved in as needed. These reactor suites also are capable of low-pressure (less than 80 psi) hydrogenation.
Regis’ Reactor Suites are designed as individual manufacturing areas, thereby reducing the chance of cross contamination. |
