RegisPack CLA-1™- (tris-(5-chloro-2-methylphenyl) carbamoyl amylose)
RegisPack CLA-1™ polysaccharide coated chiral columns are made using a unique production process of coating the proven chiral selector-tris-(5-chloro-2-methylphenyl) carbamoyl amylose on high purity silica gel. This new, chlorinated amylose phase exhibits a unique selectivity in separation when existing Chiral Stationary Phases fail. Applying this column to your screening station will offer a broader range of enantioselectivity. RegisPack CLA-1™ columns are available in analytical to preparative sizes under HPLC or SFC conditions.
