Preparative Chiral Separations Using SFC Poster

Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) is a widely used technique that allows for rapid and efficient separations of non-chiral and chiral compounds. It is known for its low toxicity and environmental impact, unlike its classical counterpart, liquid chromatography. Chiral separations are a multi-step process that involve screening the racemate using a series of chiral columns (Pirkle type, Polysaccharide coated phases, etc.). In this poster we are presenting two SFC scale up cases demonstratig the efficiency and speed of this method to recover compounds, without sacrificing purity.
