Role of the Project Manager
Our Project Managers (PMs) are the voice of the client within Regis. At Regis, Project Managers spend a lot of time getting to know our clients and their needs to align on the definition of a successful project. In addition to project timelines, budgets, and scope, the PMs understands the project-specific requirements. The PM shares that information with our project teams and technical groups to make sure that everyone is working to meet our clients’ needs.
Regis Project Managers are the client’s main point of contact within the CDMO and the primary point of contact across all functions at Regis, continually communicating on the project status . PMs oversee and remain vigilant to the project deliverables and proactively anticipate issues. When a potential issue is identified, it is elevated with both the client and project team for timely discussion and action before it arises.
